UNLEASHED

UNLEASHED es una de las bandas más representativas del Swedish Death Metal, fue creada en Estocolmo en 1989 por Johnny Hedlund tras deshacerse NIHILIST (pre-ENTOMBED), además son pioneros en incorporar la mitología e historia vikinga en sus letras.

Su álbum debut  de 1991 «Where No Life Dwells» fue un auténtico disco de puro Death Metal sueco, seguido de dos grandes obras más como «Shadows in the Deep» (1992) y «Across the Open Sea» (1993). A partir de ahí tuvieron una época algo floja con discos como «Victory» o «Warriors» que no lograron despertar el interés de su legión de seguidores pero volvieron en 2006 con otra gran obra como «Midvinterblot «, actualmente siguen en su línea con su nueva obra «The Hunt for White Christ», editado en 2018 por Napalm Records. «Fire Upon your Lands» es su último trabajo, editado en agosto de 2025 por Napalm Records.
